Overseeing Umbrella.UK Insolvency, Tom Fox has more than 20 years of experience in personal and corporate insolvency practice, qualifying to act as an Insolvency Practitioner in 2007 after becoming one of the youngest candidates in the country to pass the insolvency examinations. He is a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association (IPA) and Association of Business Recovery Professionals (R3).

Before joining Umbrella.UK Insolvency, Tom spent more than five years at Leonard Curtis, a top ten national insolvency firm, working at close quarters with a wide range of stakeholders including banks, asset based lenders and accountants.

As a result of his extensive legal background, Tom is widely praised for his analytical mind and sound judgement as well as his honesty and openness in what can be difficult circumstances. He always wants to achieve the best for his clients.

To ensure the highest professional standards, insolvency related work must be carried out by a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner.
